Vedarth Animation Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based animation production house specializing in original IP and fulldome content for digital planetariums and immersive theatres worldwide. We create script-to-screen fulldome films that combine scientific accuracy, cinematic storytelling, and cutting-edge visual technology.

With strong global partnerships including E&S (USA), Mirage3D (Netherlands), Astral Inc. (USA), and Dome3D (USA), Vedarth delivers internationally benchmarked productions for planetariums and science centers.

Our in-house creative and technical team covers the entire production pipeline – CG, animation, FX, editing, sound design, music, and professional voice-over allowing us to deliver complete immersive experiences under one roof. Vedarth Animation Studio Pvt. Ltd. is an Animation Production House based in Pune, specializing in developing original content (IP) and full dome video productions for Digital Dome Theatres. With a team experienced in full dome, animation film, and stereophonic 3D productions, Vedarth collaborates with industry leaders like E&S-USA, Mirage3D – Netherlands, Astral Inc-USA, and Dome3D-USA. The company boasts a full-fledged creative team of CG artists, designers, directors, and producers, supported by science and astronomy experts. Vedarth produces all shows in 4K resolution with capabilities for 8K and offers audio post-production services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior 3D Generalist located in Pune. The Senior 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations. Daily tasks will include collaborating with the creative team to design and produce visual content, ensuring all work meets required technical and artistic standards, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during production. The role also involves participating in project meetings, providing input on best practices, and mentoring junior artists.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Modeling, Texturing, and Rigging
  • Proficiency in FX Animation, Editing, and Compositing
  • Skills in 3D Animation, Live Image Capture, and Time Lapse Recording
  • Capacity to work with HD and 360-degree video recording
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with 3D Stereo production is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field
